Taxes and duties are calculated according to your delivery destination.  

Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs. 

We do not charge UK VAT on orders shipping outside the UK, saving 20% on  the list price.  

Countries outside of the UK may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order may subsequently be abandoned by the courier and made non-refundable. Artostyle will make every effort to ensure the parcel can be shipped back to the warehouse and refunded. In this case, shipping and handling fees may be charged to the customer. 

By law, Artostyle is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied. 

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your purchased item for another one, you need to return your purchase and place a new order. 

Returning your purchase 

You have 28 days from the date you received your order to return the item. 

We want you to be delighted with your order. In case you are not completely happy, we offer FREE returns (UK only) within 7 days. 

Please follow the below steps: 

1. Sign in to your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Click on the “RETURN” button and choose the reason for return. 
3. Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. We’ll then send you an email with your return instructions.
4. Sign the returns proforma invoice included in the box with your order. 

You will be required to pay for shipping for returns after 7 days.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.  

If your order has been sent to a destination within the United Kingdom, all sales taxes will be refunded.  

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place to ensure it arrives back in the same condition we sent it. 

This includes all the original packaging. 

Please retain proof of posting in case of any issues.  

We reserve the right to decline any return if the product has been used or is damaged during return shipping.
