CARE ETIQUETTE FOR CANDLES

Do not keep the candle in the sun or a warm place (over 30°C). Heat will affect the shape of the candle and can damage the intricate decoration.
- We do not recommend keeping candles in direct sun as the ultraviolet light destroys the paint and eventually will fade the candle.
- Avoid placing near sources of heat, which can cause the candle to become deformed.
Place your candle away from draughts, which may cause your candle to smoke or blow the burning wick and cause an uneven tunnel (crater) to form.
To preserve the candle’s sculpted shape, burn for no longer than 1 hour at a time and allow to rest for 15 minutes before you relight.
Trim the wick to keep it at 5 mm to avoid a tall flame, which creates smoke and damages the exterior of the candle.
Place the candle on a well-protected, heat resistant, dry surface.
Keep out of reach of children, pets, and flammable materials.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
It is not recommended to burn the candle until the end. Stop burning your candle while there is a little wax remaining in the bottom (you can always drop a tealight in to extend the candle’s life).

CARE ETIQUETTE FOR JEWELLERY

To ensure your jewellery pieces stay bright and shiny for as long as possible, keep them away from chemicals such as perfume, lotion, deodrant as well as clorine.
Do not clean with water, soap, detergent, or any other chemical product or solution, as these could damage the stones and rust the metal finish.
Store them in a dry place in an individual box to avoid your jewellery scratching each other.
